To support this transformation, we are seeking a skilled Microsoft Business Central Developer to join our ICT team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, customizing, and maintaining our Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) system to ensure seamless financial operations and robust data management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV) solutions to meet the organization’s financial and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance, credit, and operations teams to understand business processes and translate them into efficient system workflows.
  • Design and develop integrations between Business Central and other financial or operational systems.
  • Maintain and optimize system performance, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
  • Provide user support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance to internal system users.
  • Participate in system upgrades, migrations, and the implementation of new Business Central modules.
  • Generate reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.
  • Document technical specifications, configurations, and development processes for continuity and audit purposes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central development and customization.
  • Strong proficiency in AL, C/AL, and C/SIDE languages.
  • Experience working with financial or microfinance systems is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of accounting, loan management, and financial reporting workflows.
  • Experience with API integrations, Azure, and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate) is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with data security and regulatory compliance in the financial sector.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and structured environment.
