Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, marketing, or business development and will play a key role in driving product visibility, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell wine products to retail outlets, supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, and bars

Ensure attractive product displays and proper merchandising in assigned outlets

Identify and develop new business opportunities to grow market presence

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts

Execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve set targets

Provide excellent customer service and handle client inquiries professionally

Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and minimize stock-outs

Conduct market research and provide feedback on trends, competitors, and customer preferences

Support promotional campaigns, activations, and product tastings

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field

Proven experience in sales, merchandising, marketing, business development, or customer care (experience in wines/beverages is an added advantage)

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Presentable, confident, and customer-focused

Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets

Must be residing in Mombasa or willing to relocate
