Our client is a fast-growing hospitality business that values creativity, data-driven decisions, and a collaborative spirit. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to help drive our brand presence and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, sales and revenue growth to scale our growth and engage our target audience.
Core Duties and Responsibilities
Plan, develop, and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, and offline channels.
Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor movements, and customer behavior to identify new marketing opportunities.
Partner with internal designers, product teams, and external vendors to ensure brand consistency and timely delivery of assets.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, social media, and market research.
Set up meetings with potential clients, understand their pain points, and present our products/services as tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver professional presentations and proposals; negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new growth areas.
Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline updates, and customer interactions in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
Job Specifications and Qualifications
At least 4 years of marketing experience, ideally in the B2B space.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience in the hospitality is an added advantage.
Key Competencies
Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills. Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse audiences.
Highly self-motivated, target-driven, resilient, and adaptable to changing market needs.
A proactive problem-solver who can handle multiple projects at once without breaking a sweat.
Highly organized
