Prideinn Hotels, Resorts & Camps is seeking a passionate, creative and results-oriented Marketing & Social Media Executive to join our Coast marketing team.

• Social Media & Content Creation
• Plan, create and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Capture high-quality photography and videography for hotel promotions, events and guest experiences.
• Produce short-form videos and reels for social media campaigns.
• Write compelling captions and marketing copy.
• Monitor community engagement by responding to comments, messages and online reviews.
• Maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
• Marketing & Brand Activation
• Execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Coordinate hotel photoshoots, influencer visits and media engagements.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, offers and seasonal promotions.
• Coordinate production of marketing collateral including flyers, banners, signage and digital assets.
• Support corporate sales and conference promotions through marketing initiatives.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Partnerships & Public Relations
• Build relationships with influencers, content creators and strategic partners.
• Coordinate familiarisation trips, media visits and promotional events.
• Support CSR activities and community engagement initiatives.
• Market Intelligence
• Monitor competitor activities, promotions and hospitality trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance.

• Excellent photography and videography skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools.
• Strong video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Flexible to work weekends, public holidays and during hotel events when required.

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media management.
• Experience in hospitality, tourism or lifestyle brands will be an added advantage.
