Background

The Manager, Programmes Management, Impact, Reporting and Learning will oversee project planning, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, and organizational learning frameworks across KTDA Power’s portfolio.

The position is responsible for strengthening programme management systems, ensuring accountability for results, and institutionalizing learning mechanisms to enhance project effectiveness.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Programme Planning and Coordination

  • Develop annual work plans and project implementation schedules.
  • Ensure alignment of programmes with strategic objectives.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams.

Monitoring, Evaluation and Impact

  • Design monitoring frameworks and performance indicators.
  • Conduct impact assessments and performance reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with donor and regulatory reporting requirements.

Reporting and Documentation

  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports for management and Board review.
  • Develop standardized impact reporting tools.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and knowledge repositories.

Learning and Continuous Improvement

  • Facilitate lessons-learned sessions and knowledge-sharing platforms.
  • Promote adaptive management approaches.
  • Strengthen organizational learning culture.

Compliance and Risk Management

  • Develop annual work plans and project implementation schedules.
