• Supervise student projects, theses, and dissertations.
• Participate in departmental and university meetings and committees.
• Contribute to the development and review of academic programs.
• Mentor and guide students, providing academic and career advice.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Master's degree in Curriculum Development, Education, or a related field.
• A PhD in a relevant field is an added advantage.
• Proven experience in teaching and curriculum development at the tertiary level.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in academia or curriculum development.
