JOB DETAILS:
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers delivering mission-critical systems. Provide technical leadership across engineering, product, sales, and support teams
- Drive architectural decisions, technical discussions, and high-quality engineering standards
- Collaborate with global Montran teams and support region-wide technical initiatives
- Own the full lifecycle of core components from design to deployment and support
- Model business processes and translate them into scalable, domain-driven software solutions
Requirements
- 10-15+ years' experience as a Senior Java Developer and 5+ years leading engineering teams.
- Strong command of Java SE/EE, distributed systems, scalability, and data consistency
- Proven experience building modular, enterprise-grade systems using JEE, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks
- Solid expertise in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
- Hands-on experience with messaging and integration technologies (JMS, Kafka, REST)
- Proficiency in unit testing, integration testing, and test automation
- Skilled with Git, Maven/Gradle, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux environments
- Strong understanding of software architecture patterns (layered, service-based, event-driven, DDD)
