Role Overview:

Are you a design enthusiast ready to launch your career? We are looking for a Junior Creative Designer to assist in the creation of visually stunning assets. You will support the creative team in executing designs for digital and print media, learning the ropes of brand development in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design of marketing materials including social media graphics, brochures, banners, and presentations.
• Adapt and resize existing designs for various formats and platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate fresh visual ideas.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Prepare final artwork for print and digital production.
• Stay up to date with design trends and software.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• A basic portfolio demonstrating design skills and creativity.
• Strong attention to detail and a desire to learn.
• Ability to accept and incorporate feedback constructively.
