Who is Mauve Group, and what do we do?
Mauve Group was established in 1996 with a simple office in Italy. Since then, we have expanded to become a leading, award-winning provider of Employer of Record (EoR) and global employment solutions – powered by our all-in-one workforce management platform.
We operate in 150+ countries across seven regions, supporting businesses and organisations across 70+ sectors as they scale internationally and manage their global workforces.
Our mission is to reduce risk, maximise compliance, and enhance employee satisfaction throughout the global HR process.

The Main Purpose of Your Role
The Junior Client Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management, growth, and retention of Mauve Tier 4 client accounts. You’ll also support other Client Managers during absences and collaborate with the Global Client Partner and Client Services teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
This role offers the opportunity to learn through shadowing experienced Client Managers and develop strong client relationships, grow accounts into higher tiers, identify growth opportunities, and support aftersales queries.
