Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of computer hardware and software.
  • Ensure all company devices are connected, functional, and operating efficiently.
  • Provide first-level technical support and resolve IT-related issues promptly.
  • Install, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications.
  • Monitor network connectivity and assist in resolving internet and network-related issues.
  • Set up user accounts, email accounts, passwords, and system access permissions.
  • Maintain an inventory of IT equipment, software licenses, and accessories.
  • Diagnose and repair faulty IT equipment.
  • Support data backup and recovery processes.
  • Ensure antivirus software and system updates are regularly maintained.
  • Assist with the installation and maintenance of CCTV systems, biometric devices, and other office technologies where applicable.
  • Provide technical support during meetings, presentations, and company events.
  • Document IT issues, resolutions, and maintenance activities.
  • Ensure compliance with the organization's IT policies and information security procedures.
  • Perform any other IT-related duties assigned by management.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in an IT support or related role.
  • Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and operating systems.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge of network troubleshooting and basic IT security practices will be an added advantage.
