DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead a team of Inventory Officers in a bid to strategically manage the Company’s inventory.

Monitor and maintain accurate Company-wide inventory records.

Prepare and submit timely and accurate inventory reports.

Oversee receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring correct quantities, quality, authorization, and documentation.

Ensure the division is compliant with internal policies, audit, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with stakeholders to align inventory levels with operational needs.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with inventory management policies and procedures.

Forecast inventory requirements.

Continuously improve inventory management processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelors’ degree in Procurement and Logistics Management or any other related fields.

3- 5 years of relevant work experience in Inventory and Warehouse Management.

Mean Grade of B and above in KCSE.

Membership of a recognized professional body such as CIPS, KISM, or APICS is an added advantage.

Male candidates are preferred.
