Job Summary 

Ignite scientific curiosity and laboratory exploration! We are urgently hiring an Integrated Science Facilitator to lead our students through the foundational branches of science. You will turn abstract theories into interactive, hands-on experiments, teaching students how to think analytically and observe the physical world through the scientific method.

Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver interactive, engaging lessons in Integrated Science.
• Learner Assessment: Evaluate student performance analytics, monitor test cycles, and provide proactive feedback to support learning goals.
• Classroom Environment: Build a safe, inclusive, and highly curious environment where students feel comfortable experimenting and testing concepts.
• Curriculum Growth: Coordinate closely with science faculty peers to share materials and build innovative classroom delivery systems.
• Holistic Development: Encourage environmental awareness, critical reasoning, and moral support to ensure a well-rounded learner journey.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Relevant academic qualifications in Education or Integrated Science disciplines.
• Professional Registration: Registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is highly preferred.
• Experience: Previous science teaching or lab management experience is a strong added advantage.
• Core Skills: Polished verbal and written communication, solid laboratory/classroom safety management, and a commitment to student growth.
