Insurance & Resilience Lead

Are you able to design and lead innovative insurance and resilience strategies that create value, manage institutional risk, and enhance client well-being. We're looking for someone with:

• Several years of professional experience within the insurance industry, with a strong preference for backgrounds in Micro-insurance, Bancassurance, or Insurtech.
• Demonstrated understanding of microfinance or lending operations, particularly credit risk dynamics.
• Proven experience working in social impact, inclusive finance, or directly with marginalized communities.
• Track record of managing projects from initial concept and business case through to successful launch and scale.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of insurance licensing, product approval processes, and ongoing compliance requirements.
