Job Purpose

To support the HR department in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the recruitment process (advertising, shortlisting, interviewing).
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
• Process payroll inputs (leave, overtime, allowances).
• Handle staff welfare, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
• Coordinate staff training and development programs.
• Ensure compliance with the Employment Act and school policies.
• Manage staff exit interviews and separation processes.
• Prepare HR reports and statistics.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• Higher Diploma in HRM / CHRP-K certification.
• Registered with IHRM (Institute of Human Resource Management).
• Minimum 3 years of generalist HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws.
• High level of integrity, fairness, and confidentiality.
