Job Summary

Pearl Hospital is a Level 4 multi-specialty hospital in Laikipia County. Guided by our values of Quality, Efficiency, Professionalism, and Compassion, we are seeking a Human Resource Intern to support the Human Resource Department in daily administrative and operational activities. The intern will gain hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records management, staff welfare, training and general HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and selection processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records and personal files.
  • Support onboarding and orientation of new employees.
  • Support payroll preparation by providing relevant employee data.
  • Assist in preparing HR documents, letters and reports.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Degree, recent graduate in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field
  • Prior Human Resource management exposure is an added advantage

Key Competencies

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer skills ( MS Word, Excel, Social media platforms)
