Position Overview
We are seeking an organized Human Resource & Administration Officer to manage core staff management functions and facility administration. You will oversee end-to-end talent recruitment, employee onboarding, contract administration, performance appraisals, and general office support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and comprehensive onboarding processes.
- Draft employment contracts, maintain confidential personnel files, and ensure labor compliance.
- Facilitate employee performance management reviews, feedback channels, and workplace culture initiatives.
- Manage general office administration, workplace supplies, and facility coordination.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Practical background in personnel administration, labor compliance, and office management.
- Skills: Strong organizational capabilities, high integrity, discretion, and interpersonal communication skills.
