JOB DETAILS:
Position: HR Office-recruitment & Training
Client: A leading microfinance
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR certification will be an added advantage.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in recruitment, training, and onboarding.
- Broad knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR legal procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRMS systems.
- Good knowledge of recruitment best practices.
