What You’ll Be Doing
You will be at the heart of our HR operations:
- Managing HR documentation & employee files
- Supporting recruitment (advertising, screening & interview coordination)
- Preparing contracts and HR letters
- Maintaining leave & attendance records
- Assisting with disciplinary documentation
- Supporting compliance monitoring
- Coordinating onboarding & inductions
- Providing administrative support to the HR Consultant
What We’re Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in HR or a related field; minimum 3 years’ HR experience; hospitality background? Big plus! Mature professional (32 years and above preferred). Female candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour laws, Excellent communication & documentation skills, High integrity and ability to handle confidential matters & lastly Self-driven and able to work independently
