Are you an HR professional at the start of your journey, looking to grow in a dynamic, technical environment? Our client, a leading company in engineering solutions (Power Distribution, Automation & Solar PV Systems), is looking for an HR Assistant to join their busy team!

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience across the entire HR spectrum—from recruitment and payroll support to employee relations and compliance.

You are the perfect fit if you have:

• A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant HR experience (or a 1-year internship with solid exposure).
• Proficiency in MS Office and a basic understanding of HR systems.
• A keen interest in learning Kenyan labour laws and best practices.
• Experience in engineering/construction? That’s a great advantage!
