General Purpose

Our client, a leading player in the hospitality sector, is seeking experienced for a Club Supervisor to ensure exceptional service delivery and memorable experiences for their patrons. This role focuses on supervising club operations, coordinating staff, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service.

• Oversee Club Operations: Manage the day-to-day activities of the club to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: Lead, mentor, and motivate club staff, ensuring they deliver professional and courteous service at all times.
• Customer Service Excellence: Monitor guest experiences, handle inquiries, and resolve complaints promptly to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and executing club events, promotions, and activities to enhance guest engagement and revenue.
• Quality & Standards Compliance: Ensure adherence to hotel policies, service standards, and health & safety regulations within the club environment.
• Staff Scheduling & Performance Tracking: Prepare staff rosters, monitor attendance, and track performance to optimize team efficiency.
• Inventory & Resource Management: Oversee club supplies, monitor stock levels, and ensure all resources are well-maintained and available.
• Reporting & Feedback: Provide daily, weekly, and monthly reports on club operations, guest feedback, and staff performance to management.

• Strong knowledge of hotel and club operations and customer service best practices
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude, proactive approach, and strong problem-solving skills

• Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in club supervision, hospitality, or customer service roles
