Background

The Head of Data Analysis and Management will lead the organization’s data governance framework, analytics strategy, and reporting systems to support evidence-based decision-making across KTDA Power’s operations and projects.

Role Purpose

The position is responsible for establishing robust data systems, managing performance dashboards, strengthening analytics capabilities, and ensuring data integrity across business units.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Data Strategy and Governance

• Develop and implement a comprehensive data management and analytics strategy.
• Establish policies, standards, and protocols for data governance and security.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability of operational and financial data.

Analytics and Business Intelligence

• Lead development of dashboards and performance monitoring tools.
• Provide advanced data analytics to support executive decision-making.
• Conduct trend analysis, forecasting, and operational performance modeling.

Systems Integration and Digital Transformation

• Oversee integration of enterprise systems and data platforms.
• Collaborate with IT teams to enhance automation and reporting capabilities.
• Support digital transformation initiatives across the organization.

Reporting and Performance Management

• Develop standardized reporting templates for management and Board reporting.
• Monitor key performance indicators across energy production, financial metrics, and project milestones.
• Ensure timely preparation of analytical reports and strategic insights.

Capacity Building and Oversight

• Supervise data analysts and technical staff.
• Build internal capacity in data literacy and analytical tools.
• Promote a culture of data-driven management practices.
