Strategy and innovation: Develop and execute strategies for alternative channels to align with the company's overall goals. Product development: Lead the commercialization and enhancement of alternative channel products and services. Customer experience: Implement best practices to improve the customer experience across all alternative channels. Sales and marketing: Drive the sales and marketing agenda to increase channel penetration and utilization through promotions, staff training, and data analysis.
