Job Summary:

Sam West Distributors Ltd is seeking an experienced and passionate Head Baker (Supervisor) to provide strong leadership, drive production excellence, maintain quality standards, and support the growth of our supermarket bakery operations.

Key Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years experience in a similar Head Baker, Bakery Supervisor, or senior bakery production role.
• Proven ability in bakery production planning, costing, sales forecasting, and achieving daily sales targets.
• Strong knowledge of recipe standardization, quality control, product development, and presentation.
• Demonstrated baking talent, creativity, passion, and the ability to consistently produce high-quality bakery products.
• HACCP/Food Safety certification will be an added advantage.
• Good understanding of Kenya Public Health regulations and food safety requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
