Responsibilities or duties
Outbound Travel Marketing (The "Hype" Engine)
- Campaign Execution: Lead the implementation of our 2026 travel event calendar, including flagship campaigns like "Black Coffee" and "Easter in Asia." You will own the content calendar, manage influencer relationships, and master the art of "FOMO" marketing to drive conversions.
- Partnership Management: Serve as the primary account manager for our strategic partners, ensuring Vacay’s packages are prominently listed, updated, and promoted.
- Community Building: Grow and manage our "Squad" WhatsApp groups and directto consumer sales channels, turning social media engagement (Instagram DMs) into confirmed bookings.
Inbound Travel Marketing (The "Global" Engine)
- OTA Channel Management: Take full ownership of our presence on global platforms like TourRadar, Viator, Trip.com, and Klook. You will write SEO-optimized descriptions, manage high-quality visual assets, and ensure pricing and availability are always accurate.
- DMC Acquisition: Proactively prospect, pitch, and secure B2B contracts with European and Chinese Destination Management Companies (DMCs) to expand our international footprint.
- Itinerary Packaging: Collaborate with our reservations team to design and package "ready-to-sell" products (such as the 7-Day Migration Safari) tailored specifically for international market trends.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
Ideal Candidate Profile
- The "Hunter" Mindset: you shouldn't just wait for leads; you should be actively looking for where to list Vacay's packages next.
- Tech-Literate: Familiar with CMS platforms, OTA extranets, and CRM tools.
- Copywriting Skills: Can write exciting "FOMO" captions for Instagram and professional B2B proposals for corporate partners.
Experience needed
- Experience: at least 4 years in a Sales, Product, or Marketing role.
