Background

The International Humanity Foundation (IHF) is a global non-profit organization dedicated to educating and empowering disadvantaged children and communities worldwide. With volunteers working across five continents, IHF promotes ethical leadership, cross-cultural collaboration, and sustainable development.

We are currently seeking creative, artistic, and technically skilled volunteers to join our Graphics Team.

Role Overview

The Graphics Team is the "Visual Voice" of IHF. Your mission is to create the professional assets that represent our foundation to the world. From annual reports and grant presentations to social media banners and website assets, your work ensures that IHF’s mission is presented with the highest level of professionalism and aesthetic clarity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visual Design: Create high-quality graphics for social media, newsletters, fundraising campaigns, and internal reports.
  • Branding Consistency: Ensure all designs across global departments adhere to IHF’s color schemes, typography, and professional "Culture of Leadership."
  • Collateral Production: Design brochures, certificates of achievement, and educational posters for our centers in Kenya, Thailand, and Indonesia.
  • Collaboration: Partner with the Social Media, Grants, and Website teams to provide visual assets for their specific campaigns.
  • Lead Responsibility – Training & Mentorship: Develop and lead training sessions for new members on using design tools (like Canva or Adobe Suite) and understanding IHF’s brand guidelines.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proficient in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma).
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a clean, professional, and impactful design style.
  • Ability to translate complex information into easy-to-understand infographics.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple design requests and deadlines.
  • Interested in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or Visual Communication.
