Role Overview
Optimise Outsourcing Ltd is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer & Digital Content Executive to support our client’s marketing and e-commerce teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of visual storytelling in a digital retail environment, and the ability to deliver high-quality creative assets that enhance the customer experience and strengthen the brand presence.
You will be responsible for creating engaging digital and print materials from infographics and Amazon A+ content to social media visuals, packaging, and product imagery ensuring consistency and excellence across all channels.
Description
Digital Content & Design
Design and produce infographics, banners, and promotional visuals for online campaigns and the company website.
• Create Amazon A+ content and enhanced product imagery, optimised for both desktop and mobile.
• Edit and retouch studio product photography to ensure high-quality listings across digital platforms.
• Generate AI-based imagery to support visual campaigns and creative concepts.
• Design engaging social media graphics for key marketing periods and brand awareness initiatives.
• Develop website assets including homepage banners, promotional tiles, and seasonal campaigns.
• Support print media design, including catalogues, brochures, POS materials, and packaging artwork.
Branding & Marketing Support
Maintain consistency across all visual materials in line with the client’s brand identity and tone.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualise and deliver creative campaigns.
• Support content management and ensure digital assets are properly updated and aligned across channels.
• Communicate effectively with the UK marketing team to meet deadlines and deliver work to the brief.
Process & Collaboration
Work collaboratively through Microsoft Teams for briefings, feedback, and regular design reviews.
• Manage multiple design requests simultaneously, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Maintain a structured digital asset library for all creative materials.
Education
Essential Skills & Experience
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar design role within an e-commerce, retail, or marketing environment.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Digital Content Executive, or Creative Marketing Designer.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, and Canva.
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and other remote collaboration tools.
Strong understanding of visual storytelling, layout design, and brand communication.
Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management.
A professional design portfolio showcasing a range of relevant creative work — candidates must be prepared to share their portfolio as part of the recruitment process.
