Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and Graduate Trainee with a background in Statistics to join our team. The successful candidate will gain practical experience in data collection, analysis, reporting, and interpretation while supporting various business and operational functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, organize, validate, and analyze data from various departments.
  • Prepare statistical reports, summaries, and dashboards to support decision-making.
  • Monitor and analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date databases and records.
  • Support departments in data-driven analysis and reporting.
  • Identify data inconsistencies and assist in resolving data quality issues.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Applied Statistics, Mathematics and Statistics, or a related field.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ability to work with large datasets.
  • Good communication and report-writing skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn and develop professionally.
