Job Summary

This role requires strong leadership, sales execution, and team development skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Achieve a minimum monthly premium target through personal and team performance
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of up to 12 Direct Sales Representatives with the help of the BDO
  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance management to the sales team
  • Drive team productivity and ensure consistent pipeline development
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics and market feedback
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Insurance, Business Administration (BCom - Insurance Option), or a related field. Recent graduates are encouraged
  • Professional certification - COP is an added advantage
  • 0-2 years' experience in sales, preferably in insurance or financial services
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
