Key Responsibilities & Duties:
- Team leadership and supervision of cashiers and packers
- Cash register control and cash handling oversight
- Refunds, voids, and cashier discrepancy management
- Customer checkout flow and wait-time management
- Front-end cleanliness, organization, and supplies control
- Monitoring for fraud and suspicious activities
- Loss prevention at checkout points
- Transaction monitoring to prevent staff-customer collusion
- POS operations support and checkout supervision
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle pressure and resolve customer issues
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash management
- High level of integrity and professionalism
- Strong attention to detail
- Good understanding of POS operations and procedures
Education:
- Diploma in Business Administration, or a related Business Course
- Relevant professional or retail operations experience will be an added advantage
