Job Overview

Our Client is expanding its franchise network and are looking for a dynamic Franchise Acquisition Officer to drive recruitment of qualified clinical officers, nurses, and medical doctors. If you have a background in medical or pharmaceutical sales and excel at building relationships within the healthcare sector, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Identify and engage potential franchise partners (clinical officers, nurses, medical doctors).
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline across targeted regions.
  • Conduct market mapping of clinics and healthcare hubs.
  • Attend CPD forums, medical events, and professional meetups to source leads.

Pitching & Engagement

  • Deliver compelling franchise presentations in person and virtually.
  • Explain the franchise model, revenue opportunities, and operational requirements.
  • Share information packs, FAQs, and conduct follow-ups.
  • Visit facilities to assess suitability.

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Screen prospects for business viability and alignment with our standards.
  • Support due diligence, documentation, contracting, and orientation.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Clinical teams for seamless onboarding.

Relationship Management

  • Build strong, lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and influencers.
  • Maintain consistent communication to drive conversions.
  • Gather feedback to refine recruitment strategies.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate records of leads, pitches, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.

What You Need to Have

  • Diploma or Degree in Clinical Medicine, Nursing, Public Health, Pharmacy, Biomedical/Health Sciences, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years experience as a Medical Representative, Pharmaceutical Sales Rep, or Healthcare Business Development Officer.
  • Strong knowledge of Kenya's private healthcare landscape.
  • Experience interacting with clinical officers, nurses, and medical doctors.

An Added Advantage

  • Experience in franchise sales, clinic sales, or business expansion.
  • An existing network within healthcare facilities, associations, or medical training institutions.
