Role Context

We're looking for an F&B Manager to lead the strategy, operations, and commercial performance of all food and beverage operations at Poa Place Resort.

This role is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences, maximising profitability, and maintaining world-class hospitality standards across the Resort's food and beverage, conference, and event operations. To provide leadership across four dining outlets, conferencing facilities, and events. Ensuring consistent service, operational excellence, financial performance, and continuous innovation.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
