Background

We are recruiting for the position of Floor Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the lounge, restaurant, and coffee bar
  • Ensure smooth service delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Oversee staff schedules, attendance, discipline, and performance management
  • Monitor sales, prepare daily performance reports, and ensure accountability of cash and stock
  • Maintain hygiene, ambiance, and operational efficiency across all sections
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and promptly
  • Enforce company policies and ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Liaise with kitchen, bar, and service teams to ensure quality and consistency

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within hospitality, food & beverage, or similar environments
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and licensing regulations in hospitality
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • Conduct pre-shift briefings and ensure staff are aligned on daily targets and expectations
  • Monitor customer flow and seating to optimize service efficiency and turnaround times
