Position Overview
We are recruiting an analytical Finance Manager to lead institutional financial strategy, cash flow management, and accounting operations. In this role, you will manage budgeting, student fee reconciliations, payroll processing support, financial reporting, and statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare annual institutional budgets, financial forecasts, and timely management reports.
- Manage student fee collections, ledger reconciliations, and invoicing processes.
- Oversee cash flow management, expenditure tracking, and payroll processing support.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory taxes, accounting regulations, and institutional policies.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Management (CPA/ACCA qualifications required).
- Experience: Proven experience managing financial operations, budgeting, and reconciliations.
- Skills: High numerical accuracy, proficiency with accounting software/MS Excel, strong analytical thinking, and ethical integrity.
