We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Field Systems Administrator to manage and optimize our field operations and sales tracking systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for administering CRM and field service management software used to monitor sales representatives and service technicians, ensuring accurate reporting, performance tracking, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain field service and sales tracking systems (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or similar platforms).
- Monitor and track activities of service technicians and sales teams.
- Configure dashboards, KPIs, reports, and automated workflows.
- Ensure accurate real-time data entry and system usage by field staff.
- Manage GPS/location tracking tools and performance analytics.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Provide system training and support to users.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and compliance.
- Identify process improvement and automation opportunities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
- 3-4 yrs proven experience managing CRM or field service management systems.
- Experience tracking field technicians and/or sales teams.
- Strong knowledge of reporting tools, dashboards, and analytics.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (an added advantage).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and user-support abilities.
