Responsibilities or duties

  • Manage the Chair’s calendar, meetings, travel, and briefings.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence.
  • Serve as liaison with IUCN focal points and CEC stakeholders.
  • Support implementation, tracking, and reporting of CEC work plans.
  • Organize meetings, events, and maintain accurate records and documentation.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Excellent English communication skills (French/Spanish an advantage).
  • High professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills.

Experience needed

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in executive/administrative support.
