Responsibilities or duties
- Manage the Chair’s calendar, meetings, travel, and briefings.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, and correspondence.
- Serve as liaison with IUCN focal points and CEC stakeholders.
- Support implementation, tracking, and reporting of CEC work plans.
- Organize meetings, events, and maintain accurate records and documentation.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent English communication skills (French/Spanish an advantage).
- High professionalism, discretion, and strong organizational skills.
Experience needed
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in executive/administrative support.
