Events Planning Officer
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Project Management, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in planning and managing large-scale corporate, government, or hybrid events.
- Strong skills in logistics coordination, supplier management, budgeting, and risk management.
- Proven ability to engage and coordinate diverse stakeholders, including sponsors, speakers, government officials, and partners.
- Familiarity with event accessibility standards and experience ensuring inclusion for persons with disabilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities, with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
