Summary
Are you a visionary architect or designer who turns event dreams into jaw-dropping realities? We're a leading events company revolutionizing live experiences across East Africa and beyond, delivering blockbuster activations, exhibitions, and immersive brand worlds for global clients—. We're seeking a talented Events Designer & 3D Architect to craft hyper-realistic visualizations that sell ideas, secure buy-in, and guide flawless execution, blending architectural precision with creative flair.
Description
What You'll Do:
- Translate creative briefs into stunning 2D/3D visualizations, video walkthroughs, and interactive renders of stages, exhibition stands, brand activations, and venue layouts.
- Build mood-driven designs with advanced lighting, material simulations, and atmospheric effects to evoke emotion and immersion.
- Collaborate with producers, creative directors, and technical teams to ensure designs are feasible, budget-smart, and production-ready (e.g., AV integration, rigging compatibility, structural integrity).
- Iterate rapidly on client feedback, producing proposal-grade visuals, approval decks, and on-site guides.
- Innovate with emerging tech like AR/VR previews or AI-enhanced rendering for next-level pitches.
Education
More Details on Experience
- At least 2 years in event/stage design, architecture visualization, experiential marketing, or as an event architect—with a portfolio exploding with 3D event renders (stages, activations, exhibitions).
- Strong command of 3D tools: Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, or Vectorworks—bonus for Unreal Engine or Twinmotion for real-time walkthroughs, as used by industry leaders.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere) for seamless 2D/video workflows.
- Proven grasp of event production realities: lighting rigs, structural engineering basics, materiality (fabrics, LED, scenography), building regs awareness, and scalability for venues from intimate pop-ups to arena-scale spectacles.
- Sharp eye for branding, storytelling, and trends like sustainable design or hybrid digital-physical events.
- Collaborative hustler with killer communication—able to pitch visuals to execs and sync with cross-functional teams, much like architects in Freeman's experiential roles.
Terms And Conditions
Why Us?
- Work on high-profile gigs with blue-chip brands in finance, tech, and entertainment.
