Applicants MUST have obtained a minimum of diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR diploma in Electrical Engineering OR diploma in Renewable Energy Technology from a recognized and accredited Training Institution;

Candidates must be registered or registrable with relevant professional and/or regulatory bodies where applicable.

Experience needed

The scholarships are open to all Kenyans under the age of 40 years who will also be engaged as Technicians/Technologists.

The scholarship package will cover tuition fees for the duration of study.

Programmes of study funded by the scholarship are scheduled to commence in August, 2026.

The successful candidates shall be bonded under the applicable terms and conditions of Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology (MMUST);

The successful candidates shall be expected to complete their studies within the prescribed study period;
