The Engineer I (Mechanical) is responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and supervision of mechanical systems and equipment.

  • Design & Planning: Design and review mechanical systems including pumps, engines, compressors, and HVAC systems.
  • Project Supervision: Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical equipment and systems.
  • Maintenance Oversight: Oversee the preventative and corrective maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and reports.
  • Contractor Management: Supervise and coordinate the work of mechanical contractors and technicians.
  • Budget Control: Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement and utilization of resources.
  • Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.
  • Supervision of Staff: Supervise junior engineers, inspectors, and technicians.
