The Coast Water Works Development Agency (CWWDA) is a state Corporation in the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation which was created under the Water Act 2016.The area of Jurisdiction of CWWDA across all counties of the Coast Region namely; Lamu, Tana River, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kwale and Taita Taveta.

• Design and review electrical systems including power distribution, control systems, lighting, and instrumentation for buildings and utility infrastructure.
• Supervise the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical equipment and systems.
• Oversee the preventative and corrective maintenance of electrical systems to ensure reliability and safety.
• Diagnose faults and troubleshoot electrical systems to minimize downtime.
• Prepare technical specifications, drawings, and reports.
• Supervise and coordinate the work of electrical contractors and technicians.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost-effective procurement and utilization of resources.
• Ensure compliance with national electrical codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards.
• Supervise junior engineers, inspectors, and technicians.

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
