Role Context
This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced production environments and have strong expertise in electrical diagnostics, mechanical maintenance, automation systems, and preventive maintenance.
Key Qualifications:
- Diploma in Electromechanical Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Electronics.
- 3–5 years of experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment (FMCG experience is an added advantage).
- Practical experience working with PLCs (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Delta), motor controllers, sensors, and industrial automation systems.
- Strong troubleshooting, maintenance, and equipment reliability skills.
- Ability to interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and mechanical blueprints.

Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: associate degree
