Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Electrical Installation Intern Trainer to train our students in domestic and industrial electrical power networks. In this role, you will guide youth through modern circuitry layouts, wiring standards, safety regulations, and electrical diagnostics.
Key Responsibilities
- Instructional Delivery: Assist in preparing lesson plans, workshop wiring boards, and practical safety assessments.
- Mentorship: Guide, mentor, and work closely with young people to cultivate strong engineering habits.
- Progress Tracking: Document workshop competencies and compile learner progress reports.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and operational teamwork within the department.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Degree or Diploma in the relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Licensing: A valid TVETA Trainer License (or being eligible for licensing) is required.
- Methodology: Training in Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) will be an added advantage.
- Core Skills: Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Competencies: Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, alongside strong organizational and time management skills.
- Added Value: Relevant industry experience or membership in a student/professional body will be an added advantage.
