Background

Kericho Academy is seeking to hire a qualified and passionate ECDE Teacher to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator dedicated to early childhood development and creating a nurturing learning environment.

Responsibilities

The ECDE Teacher will be responsible for:

• Enhancing Child Development skills
• Ensuring Classroom Management
• Curriculum and Instruction implementation
• Assessing how the learners perform and doing a report
• Providing guidance and safety

Qualifications and Experience

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Minimum of a Certificate or Diploma in ECDE
• Registered by TSC
• Proficient in CBE
• Work experience of 1 to 3 years
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Additional Skill-Certificate in Computer Application
• Personal skill-Passion for teaching, Creativity & ability to handle 2.5 to 6 years old children.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: associate degree
