Director Corporate Services (1 Position)

The Director Corporate Services provides strategic leadership and oversight for the corporate services functions of the organization.

Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership for corporate services functions including Human Resources, Administration, Finance, and ICT.

Policy Development: Develop and implement corporate policies, strategies, and procedures in alignment with the organization's mandate and legal framework.

Budget Management: Oversee the preparation and management of the corporate services budget, ensuring efficient allocation and utilization of resources.

Performance Management: Lead performance management initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government ministries, regulatory bodies, and development partners.

Corporate Governance: Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and public service regulations.

Reporting: Prepare and present reports to the Managing Director and Board on corporate services performance and strategic initiatives.

Staff Development: Foster a positive work environment and oversee staff development, capacity building, and welfare programs.

The Coast Water Works Development Agency (CWWDA) is a state Corporation in the Ministry of Water, Sanitation and Irrigation which was created under the Water Act 2016.The area of Jurisdiction of CWWDA across all counties of the Coast Region namely; Lamu, Tana River, Kilifi, Mombasa, Kwale and Taita Taveta.
