The Public Service Commission (PSC) of Kenya is an independent constitutional commission established under Article 233 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. The Commission is responsible for overseeing human resource management and development within the public service. In line with its mandate to strengthen institutional leadership and operational effectiveness within the public sector, the Public Service Commission invites applications from qualified and competent individuals to fill several vacant positions within the Commission. These opportunities provide experienced professionals with the platform to contribute to governance, strategic management, public administration, financial management, audit oversight, digital transformation, and organizational development within Kenya’s public service.

Responsibilities or duties

The Director – Digital Transformation and ICT Services leads the Commission’s digital transformation initiatives and oversees ICT infrastructure and services.

• Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies within the Commission
• Managing ICT infrastructure, systems, and digital platforms
• Coordinating implementation of e-government initiatives and ICT projects
• Ensuring data security and digital system integrity
• Supervising ICT service delivery and technical support functions
• Supporting adoption of innovative digital solutions within the Commission
• Monitoring ICT system performance and operational reliability
• Advising management on digital technology strategies
