Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and retain dealers for DSTV and GOTV pipeline

Develop strong distribution networks

Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

Manage buffer days & stocking levels

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

1-2 years’ Sales & Marketing experience in FMCG, Telco, or Electronics.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work in the field.
