Role Overview

Flamingo Horticulture Kenya Limited is seeking a recent graduate with a passion for data analysis and business intelligence to support data-driven decision making across the organisation. The role will involve collecting, analysing and presenting data from multiple departments to provide insights that support operational and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate data from departments including Production, Packhouse, Logistics, Finance, Sales and People Operations.
• Analyse operational and business data to identify trends and performance insights.
• Develop clear reports, dashboards and visualisations for management.
• Present findings in a simple and understandable way to non-technical stakeholders.
• Support the monitoring of key metrics such as production volumes, rejection rates customer demand patterns and workforce trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Must have graduated within the last two years.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Tools

• Power BI experience preferred (training may be provided).
• Exposure to AI or emerging data tools is an advantage.
