We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. If you have a strong e-commerce experience, a professional English accent, and a passion for delivering excellent service, we’d love to hear from you.

Provide professional and empathetic phone support Respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat Update and maintain accurate customer records Manage returns and refunds while ensuring a positive experience Share product information, resolve order issues, and assist with troubleshooting Work with the team to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
