Job Summary:

The Receptionist is the first point of contact for our guests and the "air traffic control" of the spa. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual to handle front desk operations and ensure a seamless guest journey from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Welcoming: Greet clients warmly upon arrival, check them in for appointments, and orient them to the facility.
  • Scheduling: Manage a high volume of phone calls and online booking requests. Optimize the appointment book to maximize technician efficiency.
  • Point of Sale: Process payments (cash/credit), check clients out, and handle cash reconciliation at shift end.
  • Retail Sales: Suggest and sell retail products (hair care, skin care) to guests.
  • Communication: Relay important messages to technicians (e.g., client late arrivals, special requests).
  • Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally, escalating to management when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk (salon/spa experience preferred).
  • Proficiency with booking software (e.g., Booker, Vagaro, Mindbody).
  • Professional phone etiquette and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Neat, polished appearance and punctuality.
