JOB DETAILS:

Duties and responsibilities:

• Giving feedback to customers
• Receiving and responding to clients calls
• Attending and directing customers and visitors to relevant offices within the Polytechnic.
• Supporting internal communication effort to keep staff informed and engaged.
• Assist in maintaining a digital archive of communication materials and media coverage.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor of science in media and digital communication, Mass Communication, Communication Studies, Journalism or Public Relations from a recognized Institution;
• Can communicate in English or Kiswahili
